These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2agame ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by 2agame, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2agame platform and close your account. These Terms are available in English only; the English version shall be the authoritative version in all cases.
§ 01
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:
- "2agame" / "Platform" — The online gaming and sports betting service operated at 2agame.lat, including all associated games, features, payment systems, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.
- "Account" — The personal player account registered by a User upon completing the 2agame registration process, subject to KYC verification requirements.
- "Player" / "User" — Any individual who has registered an account with 2agame and is subject to these Terms.
- "Real Money" — Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other accepted currencies deposited by the Player and held in their 2agame account wallet for the purpose of placing wagers.
- "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by 2agame to a Player's account subject to bonus terms and wagering requirements.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity verification and age confirmation, required by 2agame before withdrawal functionality is activated.
- "Wager" / "Bet" — A monetary commitment of Real Money or Bonus Funds by a Player on a game outcome or sporting event outcome through the 2agame platform.
- "Gross Gaming Revenue" (GGR) — The total amount wagered by a Player minus the total amount won by a Player over a defined period.
- "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary or mandatory restriction applied to a Player's account that limits or completely prevents access to 2agame gaming services for a defined or indefinite period.
§ 02
Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account with 2agame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 2agame strictly enforces this age requirement and will request CNIC or other government-issued identity documentation to confirm your date of birth during KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts with 2agame.
- You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.
- You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 2agame employs technical measures to detect duplicate account registration.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 2agame or any other gaming platform governed by the same licensing jurisdiction.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
Pakistani Players — KYC Note: Players accessing 2agame from Pakistan are required to complete KYC verification using their National Identity Card (CNIC) before withdrawal functionality is enabled. The name and date of birth on your CNIC must match your 2agame account registration details exactly. Discrepancies will result in withdrawal suspension pending resolution.
2agame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — not only at withdrawal — and to suspend account access pending receipt and review of satisfactory documentation. Players must respond to KYC document requests within 30 days or their account may be restricted or closed.
§ 03
Account Security & Responsibility
Your 2agame account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 2agame will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- You must not share your 2agame login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or agents acting on your behalf.
- You must not allow any other person to access or operate your 2agame account, even temporarily.
- You must notify 2agame's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
- 2agame will never ask for your password through any channel — email, live chat, telephone, or otherwise. Any communication claiming to be from 2agame and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonus activations triggered, whether or not those actions were authorised by you.
Security Recommendation: 2agame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a time-sensitive code from your authenticator app in addition to your password whenever a login attempt is made from a new device.
§ 04
Deposits & Payment Methods
2agame accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment channels:
- JazzCash mobile wallet
- EasyPaisa mobile wallet
- HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
- UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
- Meezan Bank transfer
- Raast instant payment system
- 1LINK interbank transfer
- USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount on 2agame is Rs 200 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to high-value deposits at 2agame's discretion. All deposits are reflected in your PKR wallet in real time with no currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.
Important: 2agame does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 2agame bears no responsibility.
§ 05
Withdrawals & Payout Policy
Withdrawals from 2agame accounts are subject to the following conditions and processing procedures:
- KYC Requirement: Withdrawal functionality is only available to Players who have completed KYC verification, including submission and approval of valid CNIC documentation and payment method verification.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 PKR.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are prioritised and typically complete within minutes of approval.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Exceptions may be made at 2agame's discretion with additional verification.
- Pending Wager Requirements: If a Player has active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawals may be restricted until those requirements are completed, or the bonus may be forfeited at the Player's election to unlock withdrawal.
- Right to Verify: 2agame reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, including requesting updated documentation, source of funds declarations, or additional identity confirmation.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 2agame is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Withdrawals that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to extended processing delays pending investigation. Players must cooperate with any AML-related information requests; failure to do so will result in account suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
§ 06
Bonuses & Promotions
2agame offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:
- Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Use of bonuses in a pattern consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, low-variance wagering strategies, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering requirements and any game contribution percentages are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonus funds are used before Real Money funds when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Players may only claim each distinct bonus offer once, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or repeating offer.
- Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms — including by use of multiple accounts — will be forfeited without notice, and winnings generated from such bonuses will be void.
- 2agame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not negatively affect bonuses already claimed and in active wagering.
- The maximum bet allowed while bonus funds are active is Rs 500 PKR per bet or spin, unless the specific promotion specifies a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of related winnings.
§ 07
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 2agame platform — including live dealer casino games, slot machines, table games, crash games, Pool Rummy, Nine, and sports betting markets — operate under independently verified rules and technical standards:
- Digital games (slots, virtual table games, crash) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
- Live dealer games are broadcast from professional studio environments and subject to standard casino game rules as specified within each game interface. The live feed and dealer actions are recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
- Sports betting odds are set by 2agame's trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. Odds may fluctuate at any time before an event commences. Bets are settled at the odds applicable at the time the bet was confirmed, not at odds that may have subsequently changed.
- In the event of a technical error during a game — including server disconnections, software malfunctions, or display glitches — 2agame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Where a game round has been fully completed and correctly recorded, the result stands regardless of subsequent display errors.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 2agame platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.
§ 08
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2agame platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and pending winnings, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account with 2agame, whether under the same or different personal information.
- Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
- Accessing or attempting to access 2agame while under 21 years of age.
- Using the 2agame platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human automated process to interact with the 2agame platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players, or communicating with other players in real-time during live dealer games in a manner that provides unfair informational advantage.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability to obtain winnings that would not have been available through normal gameplay.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses repeatedly; systematically hedging bets across bonus-active and Real Money accounts to guarantee bonus profit; or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or depositing funds originating from illegitimate sources.
- Engaging in any conduct that 2agame reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward platform staff or other players.
§ 09
Responsible Gaming
2agame is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become a problem, and we provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools designed to support those who need help managing their gaming activity.
21+ Strictly Enforced: The 2agame platform is exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We employ CNIC-based age verification during KYC to ensure compliance. If you are under 21, you must not register an account or use any part of the 2agame platform.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 2agame players through their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit into your 2agame account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.

- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 2agame. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, 2agame will make reasonable efforts to prevent promotional communications from reaching the excluded Player.
- Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders during active game sessions displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming balance for that session.

§ 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2agame platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, game content, written copy, audio, video, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 2agame and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2agame platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 2agame platform without prior written permission from 2agame.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the 2agame platform.
- The 2agame name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
§ 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2agame and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions, network outages, or platform unavailability.
- Financial losses resulting from your wagering decisions or gaming outcomes.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Any decisions made in reliance upon information displayed on the 2agame platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
2agame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of Real Money funds held in your 2agame account at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is the lower amount.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits 2agame's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permissible under applicable international and Pakistani law.
§ 12
Suspension & Termination
2agame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
- Request by the Player for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- Legal obligation to do so under applicable regulations, court order, or law enforcement directive.
- The Player being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions.
Upon legitimate account termination by the Player (i.e., voluntary closure with no active investigation), the remaining Real Money balance in the Player's account will be returned to them via their verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to all applicable verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus fund balances are not eligible for return upon account closure.
§ 13
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 2agame platform — including disputes relating to game outcomes, payment processing, bonus eligibility, or account decisions — the following resolution procedure applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to 2agame's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing your account username, the date and time of the disputed transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Internal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint, you may escalate to 2agame's internal disputes team by requesting escalation in writing. The disputes team will review all available evidence — game logs, transaction records, communications — and provide a written decision within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied following the internal review decision, you may seek further resolution through the independent dispute resolution body designated by 2agame's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body and the process for accessing external review are available upon request from 2agame's compliance team.
During any active dispute investigation, 2agame reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the funds or account features relevant to the disputed matter. All parties agree to cooperate fully and provide all reasonably requested information to facilitate a fair and timely resolution.
§ 14
Privacy & Data
2agame collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of 2agame's Privacy Policy.
By registering a 2agame account, you consent to 2agame processing your personal data — including name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, and gaming history — for the following purposes:
- Account administration and identity verification (KYC).
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payments.
- Compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.
- Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection activities.
- Sending promotional communications where you have provided consent to receive such communications (you may opt out at any time).
- Improving 2agame's platform and services through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

§ 15
Amendments to Terms
2agame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2agame will notify registered Players through one or more of the following channels:
- A notification displayed upon next login to your 2agame account, requiring acknowledgment before continued platform use.
- An email notification sent to your registered email address.
- A prominent notice published on the 2agame website.
Continued use of the 2agame platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure, with your Real Money balance returned in accordance with Article 12 of these Terms.
The version of these Terms in force at any given time is the version published on the 2agame website. The date of last amendment is displayed at the top of this document. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
§ 16
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2agame holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects the application of any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2agame with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written, oral, or implied — relating to the same subject matter.
